Straight carving knife

The Solo Blacksmith's Hand-Forged Straight Knife, a versatile and reliable tool. With a blade length of either 70mm or 80mm, this knife is intended for carving greenwood and other woodworking projects.

Bades are 3mm thick and ground with 28 degree flat bevels, this allows  egde engagement while riding the bevel surface for controlled planing cuts. The octagonal, white ash handle is 120mm long, which is comfortable and indexable.
