Pan making class
About this experience
Learn the virtues of carbon steel as you press, hammer and rivet your way to a small frying pan. Feel empowered every time you cook knowing you made this pan by hand.
Carbon steel pans are the past and future of cooking tools (opinions may vary). In this class you will make a small but useful pan that is 150mm at the wide base and 30mm deep.
The class is hosted in my Mount Albert workshop and will run from 8:30am - 4 pm. Lunch will be provided.
