Larger knife making class

About this experience

Although its not a requirement to have made a knife before it sure helps to make the most of this larger knife class.

The knives made in this course are very practical and capable for most kitchen tasks or a great companion to a full chefs knife. Blade size  will be about 150mm long x 40mm (at the heel). Alternatively an outdoors or hunting knife could be forged in this class from the starting material.

One day large knife making class is hosted at the Mt Albert workshop. Classes start at 8.30 am and usually run until 5.30pm. Lunch is provided. Once booked further information will be sent a week prior to the class.

This class is restricted to people over 16 years old.
